Many new smart cameras look like V380 cameras but actually run on the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app. If your camera asks for a 4G or Wi-Fi password during setup via a popup window rather than sound waves, it is likely a Tuya device, not a V380 device. Do not flash V380 firmware on a Tuya device.
