Unlike older Nokia phones, the TA-1165 uses a firmware format. This isn’t a standard ZIP or OTA file. Flashing it requires a special Windows tool called Nokia Care Suite (NCS) or OST LA .

The progress bar will show the status of each partition being written. during this process, as it may hard-brick the device.
