Equip the (starting gear) and the Shock Core (drops from Zone 2 Mini-boss). Normally, the Shock Core gives a 5% damage aura. With the Buckler, it changes to a 0.5 second parry window on your basic attack. That’s not in the patch notes. Test it yourself.
