The most defining feature of the CE1000-60 is its Advanced Registration Mark Sensing (ARMS) system. In the sign industry, "Contour Cutting" (cutting printed stickers) is the standard. The CE1000-60 excels here because of its optical sensor. Where older or cheaper plotters require strict, perfectly straight media alignment, the CE1000-60 uses a 4-point registration system. It reads not just the bottom left and top right registration marks, but all four corners of a printed sheet. This allows the machine to compensate for skewed, stretched, or slightly misaligned prints.
