A DWG package accompanies such plans to provide technical drawings for implementation, coordination, and phased development. Realizing the plan requires sustained funding, institutional capacity, inclusive governance, and flexible, adaptive implementation that responds to on-the-ground realities.

Do not work directly inside the Master Plan DWG.
The High Commission for Erbil City’s infrastructure planning has digitized water and sewage lines. The DWG helps you find the nearest manhole or water tap-in point. Without this, connecting to the city grid is a blind guess.
