Running a PS2 emulator on a 32-bit Android device is extremely difficult. Most modern PS2 emulators (like AetherSX2, NetherSX2, Play?) require a 64-bit processor and Android 10+ . Performance on 32-bit will be very poor, even if you find an old version.
