The EasyCAP SM-USB-007 is a $10 miracle worker if you have the patience. On Windows 10 x64, it is a nightmare out of the box, but with the open-source MS210x drivers and OBS Studio, it works surprisingly well for capturing retro gaming or digitizing old home movies.
