The free version (Archipack 1.2.x series) comes pre-packaged with Blender 2.80 up to the 2.9x series. You just need to turn it on: Blender 2.8. Go to the top menu and select Edit > Preferences . Click on the Add-ons tab on the left. At the top, make sure to click the Community filter. Type "Archipack" in the search bar at the top right.
