While officially Illustrator CS6 is no longer sold by Adobe (it requires a legacy license), the portable version is often distributed as abandonware. However, be aware of legality (discussed later).

Copy msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll from the portable folder’s _CommonRedist subfolder into the main folder, or install VC++ 2010.
